1. Video training materials

Crane has produced video versions of some of its PDF books, capturing an instructor-led delivery as an HTML-hyperlinked set of Flash lesson fragments.

These videos are shipped upon purchase as DVD-ROMs (not suitable for television DVD players) with browser-linked navigation through multiple modules and lessons. Only the video content is physically shipped to the customer, the handouts and exercises must be obtained by downloading the material using a username/password combination that is changed every week. Both the original version and a more up-to-date version of the handouts and exercises are available for download.

For a limited time no additional shipping fees will be charged, and express shipping is included in the price. Your purchase is created on demand within 48 hours of the order and shipped UPS express delivery from a fulfillment company in California. Customers can expect their product as early as the next business day but should never need to wait longer than three to five business days worldwide.

Please download your supplemental material as soon as possible before the access password is changed. Your receipt of your payment from the funds-clearing organization will include the current username/password with which you can access the materials. You will also receive an email from us acknowledging that your purchase information has been noted in Crane's records.

Your fully-paid purchase entitles you to request the current username/password credentials for the downloadable material at any time. Your request must be accompanied by a copy of your email receipt as received from the funds-clearing organization, as this will contain your invoice number and transaction identification information.

Free updates of the audio/video material are not available at any time.
